Straightening radiator fins

I think the outer one is for my dash AC. I think the bottom (see after pic) is hydraulic cooler and the big back one is the radiator. I guess it's also the CAC?
I used a screwdriver and a 12 fins per inch fin comb tool from Napa for the repair. Looks better!
Which of the three serves which purpose?

First picture is the A/C condenser , lower with screwdriver touching is hydraulic , or trans cooler; you'd have to follow hoses ; main item in photo ( full width aluminum ) is the CAC, can't see the rad in either photo.

Guess I'll have to clean that one from the inside when I get home. I used 409 and it worked very well. Used it on the roof top ac cool today and they clean up nice with minimal rinsing. I dammed the end of the coil where it enters the return box with a couple big sponges for rinsing with hose nozzle.

You can purchase "fin combs" at a HVAC supply store. They are made specifically to straighten bent fins like you show in your photo. If they won't sell one to you, try a local commercial HVAC dealer or repair shop. It's standard equipment for an HVAC tech to have a set.
