Strange Electrical Problem

2001 Monaco Dynasty Tag.

The GFI breaker that powers most of the plugs in the front of the coach including the microwave was recently replaced. It has popped a couple of times but when reset works for several weeks. I was convinced that I had a weak breaker and when replaced it would solve my problems. I purchased a new one but had not gotten around to replacing it. Well yesterday all the plugs quit but the breaker was not popped. I replaced the breaker thinking all would be well. Still nothing worked. Gave up and decided I would need to call someone to come in and find the problem. Woke up the next morning and all is working fine. At a loss now. Has anyone experienced anything like this and what did you find? Thanks.

Look for a breaker in the inverter itself, (mine has 2).

I checked those and they were both in. I just put a new inverter in about 6 months ago when we put the Residential fridge in. Come to think of it that was about when this problem started. Might have to get the inverter checked out.

You might have a loose 120v connection downline from the inverter. I would check the GFCI first to make sure the connections are solid.

GFI's are notorious for going bad. I assume you changed the GFI itself, right?

I have installed a brand new GFCI only to find it was defective. Check the GFCI and it's connections again.
Good Luck!
