Suggestions Please - Best place to sell
Have had a great time with our 2001 Dynasty, lots of work and improvements including switching out the Notcold to a Frigidaire unit with ice maker and it works great.
But - health reasons for both of us, wife looking like dialysis soon and myself with health issues ----- maybe it's time.
Just would like to list it and have fair expectations ----- but with which company??
Thoughts??
God Bless
Bill

I used RVTrader.com to sell my 5er. They have a very good site, easy for folks to find what they're looking for, and their prices are very reasonable. Take a good look at their "run it till it sells" price!
Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Sold my 2005 HR Ambassador this week on RVTrader. I used the $14.95 special they offer. Sold it in 1 week.

How sweet!
Do you mind if I ask how you determined your asking price?
Obviously NADA can be a starting point but what else did you use and did you use a "firm price" strategy or OBO?
Thanks,
Rick

I looked up the NADA on mine using no options. The figures were:
Ave. Retail- $83,970
Low Retail- $69,700
I advertized it at $73,900 or best offer
Sold it for $71,000
I had advertized it on RVTrader in April, 2013 for $78,900 OBO and did not get a offer. There is 1 other HR like mine with 40,000 miles advertized in Fl. for $68,900. Mine had 28,000.
A lot of "luck" is required. The couple that bought mine sold their 2005 Damon Astoria this past Friday and purchased mine on Tue. It only takes 1 but you have to find that 1. Also, I had the MH spotless. Washed and waxed. They both remarked about how clean it was.

Thank you all.
I have never given any thought of looking up the NADA on my coach, so after I read you guys post I did that.
Surprised to find average retail to be $102,913 and low retail to be $85,428
I think I am going to peg mine square in the middle and see what happens.
One thing I did do to my coach is upgrade that Notcold to a residential and I wish I had done that the first thing when I bought the coach years ago. Now I have cold drinks and food, ice at demand, and the freezer actually works.
Thank you again.
God Bless
Bill

Selling RV
Listed our Monaco Diplomat here (IRV2) and on craigslist. Put a fair price, and lots of pictures, and it sold in 6 weeks. We had lots of inquiries.
Good Luck
