Summerization ~ Desert storage

Getting ready to put down my '03 Sig for the summer. I will be storing it on Davis Monthan AFB in Tucson, AZ (right across the street from USAF's boneyard, where DOD warehouses all of their retired aircraft). I already know that I need to leave some water open to the air inside the coach (a few 18G Rubbermaid containers full) to provide moisture for the wood. Tires covered (duh). Full fuel.

A few questions:

Electrical system: Need to leave the batteries in the coach. Manual says solar will charge both house and chassis batteries with battery disconnect off. What else can I do to minimize parasitic battery drain? Or should I disconnect them?

Plumbing: Tanks...empty or some fresh water? Drain water lines, or no?

Pack Rats: Folks in Tucson leave their hoods open to discourage pack rats. Is this a concern?

Anything else I might want to do?

If you want your batteries to last they need to be kept on trickle charger while in the heat. They will deplete and cook! How big is your solar panel? What about all the phantom draws? I would put water in the toilet bowl and then some mineral oil on top. Make sure the fridge is kept open. Silicone all your door and slide seals so they do not fuse to the slide or door frame. Remove any spray cans, detergent bottles, etc. from the interior. They can explode. Do not leave anything that can attract mice: food spices, sugar, etc. Where you are parking is a very dusty area in the summer. Lots of wind. Cover all the upholstery and bed. Are you under covered storage? Otherwise the sun will kill your paint and maybe craze the sides.

Empty all tanks, drain all water so it will not get skanky, leave roof vent open to expel hot air, set out poison for mice and ants inside, outside, in outer storage compartments and under hood. Turn off all appliances and leave doors to refrigerator and freezer ajar. Remove batteries from non-alarm items like flashlights clocks. Remove all food to home or place all food like sugar, flour and cereal in air tight containers. Cover all windows to protect upholstery, dash, carpets, etc. and reduce interior temperatures. Remove all aerosol cans, calking tubes and containers that are subject to expanding or exploding under extreme temperatures. Air up all tires, and park vehicle tires on wood or plastic blocks. Lube all locks and rubber gaskets. Fill wet batteries. If you have a quality battery charge controller for your solar system, when fully charged your batteries will go into Float mode preventing boiling of your batteries.
Contact your insurance company and notify them the vehicle is off public highway and in storage to save a few dollars.

I believe that my solar panel is 100w with a Heliotrope RV-30D controller. What systems remained powered with both main battery disconnects off?
