On our rig there is a removable panel between the second storage bay and the side of the service bay. If I remove this panel on our rig, the controller is just inside on the overhead. Below is a picture of where ours is located (sorry not very clear), the controller is at the end of that purple wire you see hanging down. This is a shot into the top of the panel I mentioned above.

Not sure how Monaco intended for anyone to deal with the solar controller in that location. Has anyone had to test it or R&R one?

What is that gadget attached to the purple wire? Also, the white plastic tank: is it a surge tank for the water pump? Anyone ever asked Monaco why they left the bay area empty? Seem like a waste of space, although very tough to get to.
