I eventually changed out the RCA unit and bought a Sony Home Theater system that complemented the 32" Sony TV I installed. The changeover was easy, I just had to solder the new ends on the speaker wires that matched the Sony plugs.
The reason that I mention this is that I bought the Sony Home Theater system form Best Buy as an open box item for $200.00. The speakers were the home style and a little beat up, but I didn't need the speakers, just the Home Theater unit.
If I'm not mistaken, all of the speaker wires run to the Magnadyne unit. If you can't get the Magnadyne to perform to your satisfaction, just remove the wires from it and run it to a home style unit. Mine sounds GREAT and rocks the motor home. I know the subwoofer scared the heck out of my sister the first time she watched a movie in our coach........ Just an option.

All ideas are helpful. I haven't had a chance to work on this yet, but I will post when I do.
