First and foremost>>> every Monaco is different.

But my system heat controls the small heater in the wet bay. In my case if I turn the switch on that just enables the system. There is a small snap disc that closes when it gets cold enough. When the snap disc closes the wet bay heater comes on and there is a light next the the system heat switch that comes on to indicate it is working.

I test mine every year by switching the system heat switch on and bypassing the snap disc and connecting the two wires together. At that point the small heater will run.

Recently I found a set of +/- 10 awg wires sitting on top of the back side of the black tank. In my rear passenger side electrical bay it showed a Cold Weather package relay and after testing I found that the snap disc also controlled power to those wires. So I've recently installed 3 sets of tank pad heaters that I can use when the weather gets cold. I am planning a trip out west in near future and wanted a sense of security when I'm traveling.

^^This^^

May or may not actually work!

They have an internal temperature fuse which is prone to blowing!

My snap disc is mounted up behind the white panel, hard to see, my have to use your camera to take a picture and find it.

I have a male to male wire connector that I use to test the heater, I simply unplug both wires from the snap disc and put the wires together using the connector. Turn the switch on and the heater should start working. There may be a temperature select dial on the heater, make sure it is turned up, the snap disc will control when it turns on/off.
