Tag Axle won't raise???

2000 Monaco 43' Signature Caesar.
It trying to raise it, but the Tag bags aren't dumping.
The MAC valve is opening and letting air to the cambers that push the riser bars but the tag bags aren't releasing their air.

Does anybody know what and where the valve is that dumps the tag bags?

Sounds like the quick release valve is not releasing the air to retract the air bags. Once you disengage the mac valve to raise the tag, the quick release valve will take the pressure off the disc inside quick release valve, which in turn lets the air expel from the air springs(air bag)

Turned out to be Mud Daubbers had built a nest and clogged up the exhaust port in the manifold that the tag air exhaust valve is in. Cleaned it out and is good to go.
