Google says Ford Econoline, looks like 95-present.

Google image search

Mine were really dull and faded. Walmart had a Rustoleum headlight restoration kit that I just used to brighten mine up. $9 it had a double sided sanding pad, a micro fiber towel and a special towelette to treat the finished product.
I am happy with it !

Try this link:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000A6THZI...332200_TE_item

I purchased one, to see if it would work, and it was great! I bought three more, and am extremely satisfied. We bought them in 2014 and they still look like new. I'll bet they are a fourth of the price Monaco would charge, if they even carry them. You will need to remove maybe a couple of nubs that align them in their Ford application. But upon looking, Monaco had to remove the nub on the originals! So it was a perfect match!

Great find and no doubt you are right about being much less than Monaco.

Did you purchase 4 tail lights? Two for passenger side and two for driver side? Then switch one each for the upper tail light?

Here is my coach...

Yes, I did. The one on the lower left is the same as the one on the upper right, and vice versa. I purchased the first one to see if it would work, figuring I wouldn't be out much if it didn't. But it did, and life is good.

I bought a total of two "left" and two "right", and several years later am still very pleased.

The tail lights on my Monaco are still looking good, but the gaskets around the bottom 2 are brittle. Thought I might swap them for led if possible (price and availability).

Mine look pretty good too but as you say, the rubber gasket around the tail light is brittle and broken. LEDs would be a nice improvement.
