Tank monitors

On my 1999 executive my black and grey tank monitors seem to reading low or not at all. How do I access the sensors ? They are external according to the manual, behind the infamous 'white wall'. The compartment panel on the side of the motorhome where the tanks would be does not open, Sooo. Jon...

I dont know.
But on my 99 signatue mine are on the passenger side of the coach.

Are you talking Tiffin or Monaco ?

Might you have two or more screws on the bottom of the door that you say can't be opened? That is not uncommon. And when you do gain access, take a look at the SeeLevel system for monitoring your tanks. They have a pretty good design that will give you fairly accurate information on your tank levels, and the installation is relatively uneventful.

My signature has two clasp type latched at the bottom.
Just in front of the drive axle on the passengers side.
Oposite the street water bay.

I will check for screws or clasps. The sensors are external, so should be as good as see-level. Will report back. Thanks for the advice.
