Thermostat reset?

So my single zone new style thermostat with the new style Dometic penquin 15k roof unit seems to be running 2 modes at the same time. Turned on furnace and the HP came on also. Any suggestions what to do? Thanks 04 Dynasty

I assume you have new Dometic Penguin II A/C units, and the new 10 button CCC2 thermostat?
Lower your interior A/C filter covers down and find the RJ11 coupler (phone cable). Clean the phone cord ends with some electrical contact cleaner. Do this for both A/C units.
Also remove the thermostat from the wall bracket and clean the RJ11 (phone cord plug) with electric contact cleaner.
Then perform a CCCII reset:
- Make sure the CCC 2 thermostat is in the OFF mode.
• Simultaneously press the MODE and ZONE buttons. The LCD will display
“IniT” and all available zones.
• Release the MODE and ZONE buttons.
• Press the ON/OFF button to exit system set up.
