Thetford toilet

Thetford Deluxe Aria ll toilet flush switch doesn’t operate mechanism or water valve. Nothing happens when either buttons are pressed.
Removed toilet. Putting 12v directly to water valve, water valve clicks and putting 12v to motor it spins. So I assume that #19613 Mechanism Assembly is okay.
What do I need to replace? Flush switch #28964 at $45? or Controller #28968 for $130. Or do both need to be replaced?
None return of electrical items is painful when buying something not needed.

Good morning Sawduster; I have not personal experience with the problem you are having, but most people I know have to replace the controller when the Aria II stops working. I assume you have checked the 12V fuse behind the toilet to make sure it is good and have power to the toilet. You can contact Thetford and ask questions. Some owners here have had good luck contacting Thetford. I have not. They took 1 month to answer an e-mail I sent to get a question answered on my Aria II. Hope this gets you going on a fix. Good luck. Just one thing to add as a second thought. Check the connections that plug into the controller. Could be a possible connection with some corrosion on them!
