Somewhat better designed and way above average quality coach...
BUT...
Get a professional inspection and identify all the good news/bad news before You put down any money..

Our friends have one, and in a lot of respects it is better built than our 2008. It is a nice coach.
No emmisions, which is a PLUS! Air only leveling (your choice),

Will definitely have the coach inspected, just wondering about any specific issues to pay extra attention to. Also how about the motor which is a Cat-9?

Hire a good inspector, ge or she should go through every system.
Checks, ac, aquahot, fridge, brakes, etc. Look at the hydraulic pump for the slidevouts, they tend to leak and are about $2500 (above aquahot on passenger side) .
Look at the beltline seam along the roof. If it is bulging, good chance there are broken screws and needs to be reattached and sealed.
The C9 is pretty much bulletproof. They REALLY have issues with the ARD head and emmisions, but that year should not have any of that.
Check under each slide looking for delamination.
Inspect each slide out roof. They are aluminum and can get electrolysis, causing on holes. Not common at all, but it happened on mine.

I have an 07 Contessa w/ Cat C-9 400(2006manufacture). 43' with Tag axle. Overall very content with this coach and the quality is very good. I would look carefully at the slides for floor water intrusion. if damage is minor, Talin Guardian Plates are a reasonable repair.
