toilet ball will not open or shut

04 Beaver Marquis, this happened to us once before and the RV Geni came in over night and fixed it??? but this time she didn't come. There is a red light blinking (9th one from the left on panel). Anyone have a clue what is causing problem? I cleaned the ball and it moves freeley. thanks in advance for any help.

Safe travels just got back from 5500 mile 2 month trip!! George Washington bridge and $200 toll fees not to much fun though??
