Torque

Does anyone have the torque settings for the tie rods & drag link?
I got my new King Pin bushings in the spindles, & tie rod ends on the bar.
Going to re-assemble tomorrow.

Hi DjDave; Sorry, don't have those values, but wherever you acquired the new tie rod ends should be able to give you that info. I am sure who ever made them also should have that info on-line or with an instruction sheet that came with the parts. Just a thought! Hope you find the info you are looking for. Good luck!

What front axle do you have?
I don't see any info on your coach in your post (you should add it to you signature line).

I have the Dana axle service manual. Here's the torque specs for my axle (E-1462W and sister axles):

Torque

Since I am an App user the signatures do not show up. So I always have to go to the profile.
Profile is visible to everyone, sigs are not. But it is nice to have it in both places.
Now back to the OP’s question which others should be able to help.

Dave, you can measure the diameter of the threads and look up nominal torque specs. You'll have to make an educated guess on the fastener grade, but I think you are safe assuming grade 5.

Start Rant .....I like to help when I can, but tracking down the coach info AND providing help is asking too much. OP needs to meet half way and put the relevant info in the post or signature line.... END Rant

No problem. Not offended or scolding anyone - just commenting so OP can make life easier (which he has done). Thanks.
