Trailer Connection Cable?

I have a 1998 Monaco Dynasty Duke with 325 Diesel and Allison 6 speed transmission.
The prior owner has modified the factory wiring at the back of the unit, that currently is positioned over the trailer hitch, and they added a 4 pin connector for a trailer connection.
Some wires have been terminated with twist-on caps, and three have a 4 pin trailer cable connected with crimp connectors the factory cable.
There are nine wires in the factory cable;
2 each 12 guage brown wires not connected to anything,
2 each 14 guage brown wires - 1 not connected - one spliced to one of the factory white wires,
2 each 12 guage white wires - 1 spliced to the 14 guage brown wire (above) which is also spliced to the white wire from the trailer 4 pin connector.
2 14 guage black wires both connected to the green wire from the trailer 4 pin connector.
1 each yellow wire spliced to the yellow wire from the trailer 4 pin trailer connector.
The brown wire from the trailor's 4 pin connector is nt connected to anything.
I have no idea what all of these factory cable wires are for ~
Does anyone have a wire diagram for this cable?
Can anyone tell me what these wires are provided to do?
Are any of them providing electric bracke signal?
PLEASE HELP . . .

I have no idea what all of these factory cable wires are for ~ I plan to add a round, 7 pin trailor connector.
