Trimark Keyless entry will not unlock/lock

Clearance lights flash and solenoid clicks in the front electrical cabinet but doors will not lock or unlock with fobs. Enter of code in keypad has beep after 5 digit is entered as normal.
Fob did work when unit was parked two weeks ago and power disconnects were acuated after.

In the door jam on the hinge side there are two spring loaded contacts that may need cleaning. Mine has done the same thing in the past. After cleaning it works fine.
Hopes this helps.

Trimark

Thanks Larry, when I get back to the site I will check them,I'm not sure this is the problem though as all the storage compartments will not unlock or the panic alarm will not sound either.
Thanks again

Probably won't help your issue. Sounds like a low battery in the key fob. or a bad fob.

I have not had that issue, but one with the TriMark keypad itself. There technical service was excellant in diagnosing my issue and sending me the parts. They even assisted me with adding a relay in the wiring that Monaco did not put in like they should have, I suggest calling them.

This may sound strange but I had a case were all of a sudden the FOB would not work and it turned out to be interference form another radio frequency source near the same frequency that the FOB operates on. In my case it was because I forgot to turn off the jack control for my truck camper.

Found that four outer compartments will open with keys but two will not unlock. I'm wondering if somehow the locks are being held in with the keyless entry unit? Can I over ride the system or bypass it? I found that the doorbell works on the grabhandle but nothing else. I do hear a relay click in the front electrical cabinet when I activate a fob.( both fobs)
