turbo boost gauge supply line.

I have read all the posts about the turbo boost gauge supply (blue plastic line) plugging off. I also have read that the blue line is coming from the intake manifold on our 400 cummins ISL.

My problem is I can't find it. Do I remove the closet floor access to see it, or do I remove the access panel in Front of the closet and look down?? I have looked from the outside rear engine doors but I can't see it. Mind you I don't know what I am looking for either.

I understand the common problem is black carbon blocking the line off as I use our pak brake quite often. Clean out the line or orfice and you are good to go.

But I have to find it first..
