Unknown Switch under dash

I own (New to us) an 08 HR Scepter 40 PDQ. While looking for the reset for the aladdin I Found this under the dash on the left side of the steering wheel. I think the small black button in the upper right corner is the aladdin reset (not sure) and the large black cover below it is a diagnostics port. The switch to the left is in the on position and I'm not sure what it does. Any conformation would be greatly appreciated.

Just make sure it isn't the switch that sets off the cleaning cycle for the cat converter like exhaust system.

That could be the diagnostic switch for the ABS system.
The switch is different looking than mine (I have a push button switch) but it is in the same locations.

The push button is the ABS/ATC diag and reset switch. The rocker is I think the Aladdin.
