120V 30amp.

3 wires
1 hot, 1 neutral and 1 ground.

To up grade to an RV 240V circuit you will need 4 wires.

2 hot (out of phase of each other), 1 neutral and 1 ground.

You will need to run at least 1 new wire for the second hot. I would suggest you run all new wires and get an electrician who knows how to wire an RV 240V 50 amp circuit, Also, you may need an lic. electrician to remove the meter, where I live it is illegal for a homeowner to remove a meter that is owned by the power company unless a lic electrician does the work so he can put a new security tag on it.
There is no difference in a 50 amp rv setup vs a home 240 volt dryer 4 wire service.
There is a difference between a 240 30 amp dryer service and a 30 amp 120 volt rv service.
