I'm making the leap into a DP. Have decided on a 04 Monaco Diplomat PDQ. I've read several forums on depreciation. What can I expect to pay for a fairly loaded PDQ? Has anyone purchased one and how much did you spend? How close is NADA? According the depreciation I'm looking at spending 100k to 125k, however the asking prices are anywhere from 140k to 180k? Any help would be appreciated.

$140 to $180 sure seems high to me considering my 2007 was bought for that top figure you noted. For starters, I go to N.A.D.A and perhaps RV Trader to get an idea of what similar units are selling for.

Also do alot of internet reserch for a realistic price, I don't think your to far off the mark at $125K for a clean unit.
