I paid $41 for a brand new arm 3 years ago from Wiper Technologies https://www.globalproducts.llc/ Phone 833-Wipers1. Have you tried them? If your wiper motor has a label that says "Monaco Kit Number", call them with that number as they were the suppliers for a lot of late model Monaco's. Used to be Diesel Equipment Company.

Those arms are known to break, I wouldn't recommend a used one.
