Valid air only troubleshooting manual

Anyone have a Valid troubleshooting manual for 2006 Camelot. No Jack´s.
Keep getting alarm and four red bar lights when I hit a rumble strip. Pushing “Manual” silences alarm for two or three minutrs. Eventually it quits.
Auto works when it feels like it.

Think you can find it on their website.

You are probably not far from their base. Could make a trip there.

You should try removing power to the panel for 10 minutes or more. Than see if it works. Worked on mine.

Talked to Valid Service

Common problem is keypad gets wet as most are situated under driver window. This causes most of the problems.
Had me measure the resistance on blue and white wire on the two wire plug. Should measure 60 ohms.
Mine did , so this points to replacing the keyboard.

Lots of used ones on the internet, but I am suspicious that water problems show up intermittent ly.
Thanks for the input guys

Been there. Hit a bump and the beep starts. Killing the power via battery disconnect would stop it most of the time. I believe that problem was a controller on the front axle. Anyway, we've had controllers, valves and solenoids replaced. Valid does have good customer care and service techs to help, just call them. Knock on wood, our Valid system is working very well, we have yet to get out of level. Been at this park for almost a month now. Only thing we have to watch for in Auto mode is if the rear squats, if it goes to low it will crush the exhaust pipe in a heart beat. Good luck.

Well, Valid's canned answer is your control panel got wet, you need a new one!

I think they are full of S--T!

Did you get all 4 red bars when hitting a bump? You mentioned you changed the front axle controller. Did that fix the problem? Did you make the replacements yourself and if not where did you get the work done?
I am presently in Tucson, and have not found anyone remotely interested in troubleshooting the system.
Best answer I could get was turn it off and it will reset itself

Honestly, call Valid. They have some of the best technical help, and are happy to do it.

I have a 2007 dynasty queen with the valid air leveling system. What I have found is the plug on the bottom of the control panel falls off ofF or comes loose and can cause quite a few problems. Unscrew the panel and check the plug connections that may be your problem.

Tried disconnecting plug under control panel and sprayed with contact cleaner, replaced and it seems to have cured the problem.

Great !

Which plug? The power supply (smaller of the two, with about 3 pins being used), or the larger plug?

Valid alarm while driving

The larger of the two cords. The blue and white of the smaller plug should measure 60 ohms.
