The plate on my "everyday car" reads...ILV2AV8
I was going for "GLBL WMR" for the motorhome, but my state doesn't allow vanity tags on motorhomes. My three nominations for the toad were all taken, and they kept my $25 waiting for me to think up something else.

Robin, that would make me cranky! Why no vanity plates on motorhomes? Think of all the extra revenue they could pull in! Crikey!

We have BZ RVN on our Winnebago and VSTROM on our motorcycle. Guess we need one for our Honda CRV.

You can get a vanity license plate for a motorhome in Pennsylvania if it has a registered gross weight of not more than 10,000 pounds.
Unfortunately, this restriction pretty much limits vanity plates to class "B" motorhomes.
PA won't issue a vanity plate for any trailer either. Why? I don't know. I once emailed the state asking, but never even received the courtesy of a reply. They obviously are concentrating their efforts on such things like trying to lease the PA Turnpike or converting I-80 to a toll road to raise revenue.

I hate giving the state more money for my plates, but if Flipper had been available I would have it!
Oh how many have followed a vehicle trying to figure out what the plate says only to realize down the road a while that it is a standard plate?

Ours says LUV2SKI and can be found up at the ski resort every weekend in the Winter once the snow starts flying. In the summer I get lots of questions about the kind of boat we own, but we traded that in long ago for a couple of Harleys we pull instead of the Jeep whenever we can.

How about "2 long" for the coach and "2 short" for the toad. Of course if you leave the toad behind people might think you are just bragging.

Our plate says, R HOME, we are Full-Timers and our Toad says DINGHY. I also own a 26 foot Pace Cargo Trailer and that plate says GARAGE.

Ya know, I never did get anywhere with this project. Pennsylvania does not allow vanity plates on motor homes, so they sent me back that check. They rejected all my suggestsions for a plate for the dinghy, and they KEPT that check. I'd have just gone for "DINGHY", also, but that's taken already, along with "TOAD". Guess I should see if I can still get that money for the toad back, since I'm all out of ideas now.
