Water leak hidden

I have a drip water leak when I have campground water hooked to hose input to my water system. Leak is coming from inside the water/sewage compartment. I suspect it might be close to electric hose reel. How in the world do you get into that area to work?

On mine, the top panel is 1/2" wood and I just removed those screws. There's some, but not much slack in the flexible hoses behind the panel.
