Water Leak passenger window

Hi Friends,
I am trying to stop a leak that appears at the top of my passenger window. It is right next to the uppermost forward screw that pulls the window frames together. On the outside this point is where the flattened tube that marries the roof to the sidewall hits the window frame.
Is this tube a drain? Should it be plugged on the downward facing end?
I am thinking that I might need to pull it away from the coach and caulk the window frame behind it.

Any help appreciated.
Thanks

The flattened tube you mention is called a "Beltline". On mine there is a termination cap.

But if there is water leaking out of the beltline that means the seal around it is leaking. There is an aluminum molding under the beltine held on with screws and then the plastic piece snaps onto it. I spent ~2 days removing the old seal and resealing mine, it was a chore, and I was working off scaffolding.

I bought a set of these https://www.harborfreight.com/4-piec...set-95832.html and used denatured alcohol to remove the old sealer. I then taped off the seam and used GEOCEL PRO FLEX RV CRYSTAL CLEAR SEALANT 10 OZ. FL. TUBE PT. #GC28128 spread the sealant with a wet (water) finger and then pulled the tape off.

If water gets into the beltline it will find its way into the coach, I just got done repairing an area that delaminated because of this, not fun.

The window can also be sealed with the above. On may coach Monaco used a compression type seal on the window frame and then sealed around the window. I've pulled 5 different windows on my coach over the years and in every case there was not much contact area in several of the corners of the window to seal so I would also check for problems there.
