Water pressure loss

I dewinterized My Monaco Camelot today, had water flowing nicely until I turned off hot water tank bypass, thought I had the tank full. I lost water pressure to my bathroom and kitchen sinks but outside Shower connection seems good. What could be wrong? Is the hot water tank not full ? Unfortunately I am doin some cancer treatments and felt crappy, so just reaching ou before I go back out to my seasonal spot to try again. Thanks

I agree, it sounds like the water heater is not full. Double check the position of water heater bypass valves JIC one is not correct.
Good luck with your treatments. I was lucky, surgery got all mine out 12 yrs ago.
