Water pressure problem

I recently purchased a 1996 Dynasty and have very low water pressure on all the cold side faucets and toilet. The hot side has plenty of pressure. I replaced water filters and flushed out the hot water tank and even shot compressed air from the toilet supply line with the filters removed. I checked all valves on water manifold and everything seems correct. Is there a valve somewhere on the cold water supply that might be partially closed?

If you've changed all filters, and the water valves are open, only thing left would be the aerators, although since hot pressure is fine, doesn't seem likely. Check the master valve on the cold side of the manifold, perhaps it's partially clogged or closed. I'd turn on the cold water and then open and close the valve a couple of cycles to see if it clears up.

If the problem persists, you could put about a 50% solution of vinegar in the lines and see if pressure improves.

Finally figured out what the problem was. Previous owner installed the wrong fresh water filter. Of course I replaced the old filter with the same type that was removed. Installed the proper one and the cold water side has plenty of pressure. It appears on this model that supply to the hot water side bypasses the water filter. Thanks for the advise.

Just discovered I have a much bigger issue with the power steering hydraulic lines that run through the coach. When I removed the filter housing, I wondered why I was getting an oily film on my hands. Looks like the hydraulic lines are seeping power steering fluid through the lines. Don't know what I'm going to do know.
Any suggestions?
