water pump switch/light question
2003 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 38PST:
Today my water pump switches in the bathroom and bedroom sink area have decided not to turn their red light out. I am hooked up to city water and I don't hear the water pump when I turned the sinks on, but I do hear the water pump, faintly, when I flush the toilet.I've never had any issues like this before. Any direction, experience, or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Most likely it is your water pump controller. Since you mention multiple switches to control the pump, those switches are run to a controller that actually does the switching of the pump. It might look like or be one of these units made by Intellitec.
Products - Motor Controls - Water pump controllers -
Locating the controller is the next step, I'm sure Monaco owners can chip in to tell you where to look.

I'm curious why you are trying to turn on your water pump if you are connected to city water.
You don't need a pump when connected to city water.

Thanks. I read the links. Sounds like a ground. I'll try to check it out.

The water pump was on prior to hooking up to city water, then wouldn't turn off.

Often the pump is wired to 12v(+) and the controller connects the ground. If you disconnect the (+) wire at the pump, or pull the fuse, it should stop running. The light at the switch is often an indication that the controller has failed.

Sounds like mine. Mine has the controller so you momentarily press a button (at the sink, wet bay or service panel) and it latches on (or off). Mine would not come on. Turns out the pump was okay, the controller was okay. The darn relay was bad. It was screwed to the wall of the bay with the pump and hose reel (separate bay on the 42). The relay corroded from all the moisture in the bay. Might as well take stock in these 12v relays. There are a crap load of them on these RVs. Look for a 1" cube with several wires connecting into one side of it.
