Water tank overflowing. No water from faucets inside

We have a 2009 Monaco Dynasty. Our 100 gal water tank is overflowing because it does not shut off autimatically as it should be. Also have no water inside faucets. Can you help. Did find a new water pump at camping world but that won't help with our problem now. Thanks for any help. Gail

Possibilities:

Water pump check valve broken - allows water into tank when hooked up to city water. Or do you have a valve that fills the fresh water tank directly from city water?

No water to faucets - check valve positions

I agree with PS56. This happen to me on my 04 Executive. It was the exactly the issue you are describing. I forgot to close the water fill valve.
