Water Valve

We have a new (to us) 2016 Holiday Rambler Ambassordor. It appears the water inlet valve has been repaired.

It is very difficult to turn. Is there a replacement or repair?

Try a little silicone lube spray right into the stem of the valve. Rotate the knob several times to work it in. Might just be a dry shaft seal.
