Kinda looks like solenoid valves for the hydraulic leveling system. Is the wetness oily?

On the other hand, the plastic looking tubing does not look like hydraulic lines. Maybe air lines?

If those are air leveling solenoids, you have one he** of a lot of water in your air system!

When was the last time you drained the tanks?

+1 on Ben's suggestion. That looks to be the HWH "Six Pack" solenoid pack for the air leveling system. Is the moisture coming from the solenoids or from an external source do you think? I would check your air dryer. There is a solenoid six pack for each axle of the coach.

If I'm right and these pictures are of the rear of the coach from the engine hatch, then that gauge looks to be the Tag Axle pressure gauge and adjustment. This gauge is separate from the air leveling solenoids, and is used to adjust the air pressure in the tag axle air bags, which then adjusts the weight balance of the coach forward or aft.

Don't want to "create panic", but if this is what it looks like, you need to deal with this right now!
Nothing good can come from having moisture that high up in your air system!!
