What is it? On vinyl trim by door entrance.
Here is a pic I took of some strange activity on the left hand side inside door trim of my 2006 HR Endeavor. It looks like a case of chicken pox, or perhaps mumps. Strange as it may look, the vinyl trim has not had any water intrusion, to my knowledge, on that side of the coach, and the rest of the trim appears to be okay, so far!
Any ideas?

My guess: blame it on the chemical industry! Perhaps during the manufacture process (extrusion process?), the mix of elements wasn't just right, or there was some contaminate present. You're seeing the result....which might continue to "grow" this piece ages.

I would remove the trim piece and check to see if there has been any water on the back,

Ken,
Do you mean "polyesteramide?" I googled both your spelling and mine and the latter one comes up with a lot of technogobble which I couldn't comprehend. Your spelling came up nothing....will be taking off the trim to look for water damage, but do not suspect it. I think that it is perhaps contamination during processing and it is getting worse.
Going down to Coburg at the end of June so will let the service dept. techies look at and give me their opinion.
Thanks for all of the replies...

I had the same thing happen on a previous MH and it was water intrusion. The water, mixed with the glue forms those small bumps. First, find the leak.. then pull the trim, seal the area with Kliz's primer, let dry for 24 hours then install new vinyl.
FYI... it was completly dry behind my vinyl... or at least to the touch. The water intrusion was very small.
