What is this in batt compartment? A battery tender??

On my fairly recently purchased 03 HR Endeavor 38PST, there is this 2" X 2" black box with three wires that go into the relay that feeds the coach and chassis batteries. Is it possible that this is a battery tender for both sets of batteries?

It is wired like one of the commercial websites shows their tenders are wired: one lead goes to left side of solenoid; one to right; and the third wire goes to maybe a ground?

I tried to check the wiring diagram for the Endeavor, and the closest item I can find is a "Isolator delay module" -- but the wiring isn't the same. Anyone out there know exactly what it is?

See pics. Thanks.

That looks like an Intellitec Isolator Relay Delay device. See it here on eBay:

I also have one but mine looks different. See the picture below.

TRIKLESTART units are wired up the same way and similar size but yours has no fancy packaging

If you click the link it will load up a PDF file that describe the device in great detail (Actually it's the owner's manual I think)

Intelletec Isolator Delay system.

WA8,
Yes indeed, that faded tag on the side indicates it's IRD. Does this mean that it charges both chassis and coach batteries??
