On mine (albeit newer). Touch-up with semi gloss (in my case) lacquer.
I was using orange oil...but it attracts a lot of dust. Now I just use a damp cloth to wipe them.

There's an Amish liquid wax available, that's what I use anyway.

I found it at a local Fred Meyers, owned by Kroeger now.

We use the pourable Scott's Liquid Gold on our '03. Put it on generously with a cloth, especially on the end grain, and wipe off. Easy to find at Home Depot, etc. When we bought the coach and put it on the first time, it made a huge difference, the cabinets looked new again.
