Where is location of fresh water pump on 2006 HR Ambassador 40 DFD
I cant get any water pressure from taps when on tank water. There is a water pump in sani cabinet that turns on from switch in cabinet. Is this the only one?

You should only have 1 water pump. Does it operate when you turn the switch on?

On our Monaco, it's in a compartment just in front of the rear wheels, accessed from the pass through compartment in front of it.

If by sani cabinet you mean the service bay where the water tank fill and dump valves are located, then yes, that is the water pump. The water pump should only run when a faucet is open demanding water. If it runs all the time when you turn that switch on then either it is starved for water or there is something wrong. The first thing you must do is make certain the fresh water tank is at least half full. Also check and make certain the fresh water fill valve is in the normal position and not the fill position.

Only from compartment switch. Then it runs steady. It does react to tap being turned on inside

Do check to see that your fresh water tank fill valve is closed. There is a check valve that is supposed to prevent it, but if it isn't functioning properly, the pump can continue to circulate water back to the fresh tank.

it is closed. fuse is ok. no light when I turn water pump on at panel

The pump is controlled by an intellitec pump controller. Mine was next to the pump, other coaches had theirs behind the switch panel over the door.
