Where to buy XtraRide Warranty?

Since I'm considering buying a Sig from an individual, does anyone know where I can buy the XtraRide Ext Warranty at a good price, preferably at a good discount?

It can only be purchased from an RV dealer. If you call their phone number at (800) 323-5771 and press 3 and talk to the sales dept they can find a dealer in an area for you

make sure you check several dealers, when i purchased mine, i found the exact same policy with the same limitations and deductibiles, varied by almost $400 from dealer to dealer.

I just called the 800 number. I asked which dealers in or around Minnesota who had submitted claims to Protective Assets, the administrators of Xtra-Ride and now Prizm (since Oct 09), I could call to ask for references / good or poor experiences working with this company. I also asked for a referral to an agent in the midwest who sells their product. The gentleman placed me on hold and when he came back on the line told me that due to legal issues he was advised by his manager to refer me to the RVDA website for any information. A company that is not willing to provide references regarding their performance when asked? A company that sells through agents yet can't / won't refer me to one? Make up your own mind on this one. As for me .

Xtraride has many types of plans and options, which plan did you get, mine covers everything except, coach walls and roof, tires, wheels, brake pads and lightbulbs.

I have the same coverage. I can tell you it really depends on the dealer. I was dealing with the owner of my dealer and I asked him about a warranty. He told me about Xtraride he then told me the price. (I about fell over and he could see that it was a deal breaker) he then told me he would give me X amount off. Then when we went to sign the papers (With a different salesman) he quoted me a price that was what the owner had told me. I told the guy NO WAY and the the owner told me he was gong to discount it. He left the room and I could see him talking to the owner of the dealership. Sure enough I got the discounted price.
