What kind of rig? Mine has adjustments for the pedals as well as the seat. Check on whether yours has the pedal adjust. Good luck.

I found my DP uncomfortable driving as brake was close and accelerator was further reach and not well defined on / off.
I added a block to the accelerator ad well as a right side " limit stop" that prevented me from drifting too far to the right off the pedal.
Much better now roughly equidistant and more positive... brake against steering col. Accelerator against the new stop.

Usually a seat pad or firm pillow behind her back will do it.

My wife has similar issue. On our 2000 Dynasty she can’t reach the engine break.
Has anyone added an engine break switch as a toggle switch?

Here's what I did to make it easier to reach the accelerator on my coach. It's a piece of 1" black foam knee pad hot glued to a rubber pedal cover. The whole thing is attached to the original pedal with two Velcro straps I ran between the foam pad and the rubber cover. Works like a champ to bring the pedal up 1".
One word of caution...
What ever you end up doing, be sure that it doesn't create a safety issue. I tried to use the same thing on the truck I drive for work, and it made it really difficult to press the brake pedal without also pressing the accelerator pedal. Every coach setup is different and each will require its own solution.

I use the pedal extenders mentioned above from Amazon on my 2000 Executive. They work good. I also moved my engine brake foot switch closer to my left foot so I can use it easier. I like the foot switch better than a toggle switch that I would have activate by hand. The foot switch has plenty of slack in the cable so you can easily move it.

The area has since been re-carpeted and the 4x4 block is carpeted too match.
The block lets me rest my left foot more comfortably.
The steering column cover/plastic area was removed to repair the rubber boot that had been cut by the installer. That nearly caused a crash when it wound up like a rubber band and stopped my ability to steer the coach.
There was a recall on my 08 pedals. I do not remember what it was but it was not a major change.
The pedal extensions work great and I don't even know they are there. Pressing the pedals in the beginning was a work out.
I wish the steering column/wheel was more like a standard vehicle versus a horizontal monster. But alas, it is not like my last C's.
