Windshield Curtains

Does anyone know who makes the windshield curtains for Holiday Rambler. We have a 08 Vacationer XL and one of our Bengal cats decided the curtain was something to take out his agression on.

Best regards

My Ragdolls are attacking my feet right now. Must be the season.

Anyhow, check if you can find a manufacturer label on the Curtains.

Our curtains got grease stains on them somehow (!) and the Dry Cleaners would not clean them because of their rubber-type backing. We took a small flashlight with us and went hunting through the fabric stores when were in Tucson, and found some beautiful Black Micro-Velvet that blocked the light as well as the original curtains. Camping world had the correct sliders with clothes-pin type ends that we just clipped to the new cloth. As the length was perfect we decided to hem the vertical edges later. They open and close better than the curtains that came with the coach and provide a Movie Theatre like look at night when we are watching TV. As an added bonus they gather up easily and look good when open. We are VERY happy with them!

AK,

We used to keep the curtain closed at the door while our motorhome was parked on the pad at home to keep the sun out. One day I went out and opend the door in the wind and when I closed the door the curtain got caught in the lock. You guessed it, grease! We took the curtain off and the wife was able to get the stain out (bless her heart). Now we don't close the curtain over the door unless we are inside the coach.

nodine,
Ditto on that, only we ended up with a small hole in the curtain too. And that reminds me. I've got to get that stain out before it sets!
Later,
Tom

Thanks very much to all who have sent in the info. DW has also said we can go to some fabric store and get something which would darken up coach a little more. Meanwhile I am going to search out the manufacturers tag if it is on one of the panels.

Best regards and safe travels

I think you could get replacement drapes make at any place that makes drapes. All you should need is the measurements, the type of material you want and the type of lining. I did a quick on line search and for my four drapes (Lined Pinch Pleated Drape 43'' - 54'' Width, 45'' - 56'' Height

Fabric: Atomic Light Gold
Width:48"
Height: 51"

With blackout lining the cost showed to be about $550.00. This quote was from a site called www.factorydirectdrapes.com. I am sure there are many local shops and on line companies that could make your replacement drapes.
