Windshield Movement

New to the Class A RVing. Picked up a 2002 Cayman and driving home I noticed the Passenger side Windshield moving a quarter of an inch up or down when I would traverse over uneven areas of the road, railroad tracks, etc. Is this normal? The drivers side didn't seem to move like the passenger side did.
I was using the Black line at the bottom of the windshield to judge its movement compared to the drivers side black line.
The rubber gasket all the way around the windshield is in place and other than being old still seems pliable and flexible. Thanks for any replies.

Time to check for broken strut welds between the floor and chassis.

I would make this a priority, something is letting the body move, might also check body mounts.

Whats the best way to check these? I've crawled up under and into area beside genset right behind headlights and only see two supports angling from the outer wall of the RV angled down to the frame rail. I don't see any issues at the frame but the other ends are deep in spray foam insulation. Would I see any movement if someone was rocking the front while I was underside looking at frame supports and struts? Same with checking frame to body mounts, whats the best way to check for these?
Thanks,

Index the windshield. slip some paper into gasket where you saw movement. draw a pencil line at the gasket edge and tape it down to the glass. Now jack up the coach at one frame or the other forward of the front wheels. Place a jackstand for protection. Note any movement of the pencil line. Also crawl underneath the raised half and "sound" the struts with a ball peen hammer. They should sound solid if weld is ok. They will ping, ring, gong, or bong if one end is broken free. Teardown the jacks and repeat on other side.
