Winter travel in Dynasty 38PDQ

We will be traveling from Michigan to Florida in January. Expect to be 2 days in below freezing weather. Will be leaving from a heated building with water system fully operational. Propane furnace has heat duct in center basement compartment where water heater, manabloc, water filters and water pump is located. I can't tell if there is heat to the compartment with the water and holding tanks. Does anybody know for sure? As a precaution I plan to add at least a gallon of the pink stuff to the grey and black tanks. Any thoughts?

We travel for weeks at a time in temps way below zero around Alberta Montana etc. I have also done the MI to FLA run many times.. Very low odds of a freeze up. put some pink in your holding tanks .. you should have a heater in low water bay as well to kick on.... If not we have also put a few trouble lights in bays to generate a bit of heat then run the genny for a few days until you get down near southern ohio.. very easy thing to do it would take quite some cold to freeze so hard you expand. For safety we go to walmart adn get those low cost remote thermometer deals where we put the transponder in the bay we are most worried about and read out on dash.. if I see the temp get down under 32 I will turn on the lights or heaters.. Never had an issue Good luck.

Our Dynasty has a heat duct from the furnace in the wet bay. It keeps the entire wet bay heated including all tanks. There is a small heat register that allows heat to drift into the center storage bay where the inverter, water pressure system, manabloc is.

A few weeks ago, we left home for the U.S. Temperatures were below 32 deg at night, rising just over freezing during the days. The temperature in the wet bay never dropped below 45 degrees. We turned the propane heater on for the hot water tank, and ran a small amount of water from the hot water tap every hour.
