Wipers not working

Just left on a trip for a week and it started raining. Windshield wipers wouldn’t work. Checked the fuse, which was not a standard fuse it was a 10cb fuse. It wasn’t a fuse where you could see the wire to tell if it was blown. Do I checked it with a continuity tester and it was good. My next step I’m guessing should be to test the wiper switch. Not sure of the best approach to this. My coach is a 2002 HR Endeavor. Wiper fuse was in the Monaco 2 fuse panel in the front compartment.

Do you have a VIP smart wheel with the buttons on the steering wheel?

If it's a tiny can it's most likely a thermal self resetting circuit breaker. They have contacts and can fail. It could open under load and reset as it cooled , you test it and it's good. Can you use/swap an ATC blade fuse instead. Or make up a pair of short leads if you have to adapt to female spades and use ATC fuse.

I wondered about that. I’ll check it this morning and respond back.

I remote located a soldered on ATC fuse in my inverter that blew once. It was really hidden a looked for a hour and missed it the first time. Its rudimentary but super tight pressed in and against the box and tucked away so good enough. Safer than most large positive connections on my old girl. $1000 inverter fixed for bucks worth of stuff I already had.

I replaced the circuit breaker/fuse and still nothing. Will check and see if there's power coming into the fuse location and go from there. How hard is it to get at the wiper motor assembly itself?

I checked my wiring diagram and there are not other fuses. You might check to see if you are getting power to the motor itself to rule out a wiring problem.

Here is a parts breakdown for my 2002 Windsor, it lists both the Monaco part number and vendor part number, do some searches and you might be able to find what you need. If nothing else you might be able to make some calls to get an alternative.
