2007 28RT Bedroom slide

Have a 2007 Excel 28RT that bedroom slide is hitting and dragging in two spots. Has ripped the bottom liner and appears as if screws may be rubbing. Anyone else with this issue or have any suggestions what I may be able to look for? This slide has never worked well and dealer worked on it for several hours when we purchased. Worked a few times but will hang up. Windish RV was a lousy dealership to work with.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Sounds like you need to replace the floor. Check the outside floor and see if its soft at the corners.

No soft spots in the floor. When not in use the unit is store under cover and has had very little use, IT looks as if a screw head is sticking up as is small rub marks about 18 inches from the front and 8 inches from the back.
Thank You

Check the rollers the slide floor rides on for blown out bearings. There is one on each side of the bed under the side night stands. To get access to the rollers there should be a carpet covered panel with a screw holding it in place under the night stands. You need to look for the screw as it is hidden in the carpet.

No njght stands in my unit and I do miss them. Will look around and see if I can find any access for the rollers. Believe I may have to get at them from under the bed. Talked with the folks at Safari RV repair and they believe it just needs adjustment so will take it in and let them work on it.

Thank You for your help

There's a short video of the slideout operation on the Excel website, but I don't know if the slides were operated the same way in 2007.

Good information and I appreciate all the help from everyone. I did locate and watch the rollers at each corner while the slide was ran in and out. Floor and rollers only make contact a few times. Bedrrom glide is not gliding on the rollers. No adjustment for the rollers as the bracket is welded in a fixed location. Not sure how much contact rollers should have wiith the floor bottom. Ii appears the floor is high in the middle and bows down at the sides. Guess I will take it in and see if the repair shop can adjust. Just like to work on thing myself but is getting tougher to get around and do the work. Once again I thank everyone for the help and suggestions.
Thank You
