Cracked shower floor

I have the 4 ft. one piece Home Shower in my EXCEL and I noticed a hairline crack in the floor. Anyone else have a problem with the shower floor cracking and how did you repair it? I noticed some repair kits online and wondered how well they work.

Thanks Ray for the link. I googled the same phrase on Wednesday using the "site" parameter and the results were not much help. I did a generic google search and found some good information. I was trying to get some feedback on other's experiences using the fiberglass repair kits to repair RV shower floors especially their use on the one piece shower stalls used in the EXCEL trailers.

I have several small cracks I am also going to have to repair. When I took delivery of the rig there was an obvious repair along the back wall where it meets with the floor. It looks like a putty that hardens to match the shower. I will post a picture. I still took possession since is was water tight and I did not want to wait for a new one to be built!

Hi Mike,
I just finish my repair yesterday. What a job! The sanding was the toughest. If I wasn't so cheap, I probably would have finished it in one day. I tried to use two old sanders that I bought ages ago and they were not up to the job but I kept trying. Took forever to sand down each coat. On the last coat, I finally bought a new sander and it made quick work of the last coat.

As soon as I can take a picture of the finished product, I'll post it here with pictures.
