I contacted Ralph with PI in service needing info on electrical system and bringing slides in manually on a 07 RSO and he was very patient walking me through all I needed to know and then some.
Service after the sale like this is hard to put a price on!!!

I feel Ralph is a good friend. I've known him since 1984, long before he ever got into the RV business. In fact, we bought my first new Excel from him in Kansas City. He a class act guy with no "razzel-dazzel". His lovely bride and pup are stand up folks too!!! I couldn't agree more. I know I'm not an easy customer. I like to know exactly what's going on and if they let me I would hang out in the shop to watch and learn. With that said they have always treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. I have even engaged in several personal conversation with several of the guys, which certainly made me feel like much more than a customer. I always make a point to visit the wonderful ladies in the main office, but this last time my wife and baby girl couldn't make the trip to SC with me so I spent about an hour showing off pics of my family to the ladies (at their request). I'd like to think they were happy to see just me but I know they just wanted to smother my little girl in kisses. Then heading out to the plant where we were getting more custom cabinetry done, Manda walked me around just to introduce me to everyone. Afterwards we spent several minutes catching up in her office. Gotta say, I love the folks at PI.

OK, I have to weigh in here also. Customer service was the thing that pushed us over the edge to purchase this second Excel. We had narrowed our choices down to three manufactures for a FT rig when we began thinking about trading up from our last Excel.

While we found things we liked about each-if it was a tie, the tie breaker was the "after sale" customer service we had experienced with PI. Having someone available that will patiently walk you through an issue, get something out to you if you need it, or immediately call you back on the rare occasions when they aren't available right at the time-is a pretty incredible experience. Especially if you spend any time on other RV forums like I do and see some of the others experiences.

Ralph and that whole crew is INCREDIBLE!
