Thanks Curt. I'm sure this will help us one time or another as we travel.

Chief,
Took a little time today to look at your Excel Dealer Locator Map. A bunch of Little Orange Dots. Anyway, when pointing the curser onto any of the dealers in Iowa, and East and North, you cannot click on them to find out what dealership that it is... I attempted Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, PA, QC, and few more. None of these icons will display. Don't know if it is my computer or a glitch in the system. Would you please attempt and see what you may get.
Neat Idea and hope that it assist all Excel owners and futures ones as well.
Thanks

Tom,
I've noticed the same problem on our Excel Family Map -- I'm sure it's a glitch in the grid mapping within the basic program. I'll defer to Curtis as this is his project and he has more systems/coding knowledge than me.

Strange! This system seems to be more friendly with my Macintosh than with my Windows machine. It seems to work fine with the Mac but I get the same problem in Windows.

The dots on the left half of the map work fine but the dots on the top right quarter do not. I did find that a dot that is not working will become active if you scroll the map so the dot moves to the left half. The same problem shows up on the Owner's map as well. I just have never noticed it before. Sorry, I have no solution for the problem except to scroll the map until the dot becomes active.

Some of you have probably noticed that I use the back tick instead of the apostrophe for appropriate dealer names. That is because, when I used the apostrophe, the name would display as Dillon's for example rather than as Dillon's when accessed by windows machines.

Curtis, I'm not sure if it has improved somewhat since your last post, but now the dots that don't work are limited to only the northeastern quartile of the map. Maybe it's healing itself with time.
