Excel-lent Tour 2014

Excel Tour of the Lower Mississippi River Valley

The 2014 Excel Tour will be to Nashville, Memphis, Vicksburg, Lafayette and New Orleans. It will run from September 15 to October 5, 2014. The total cost of the trip will be based on 2 adult occupants per Excel RV unit and includes 8 bus tours, 10 meals, admissions to all 18 led events and all campgrounds. We have planned free time for you to explore on your own.

*To put your name on the list for the drawing for one of the tour spots or with questions contact:
Kay & Paul Herrington 580-269-2097; cell #316-212-3712, prherrington@gmail.com
or
Karen & Steve Benton 608-897-2728, skbenton@ckhweb.com
***We will acknowledge each request received. If you don’t hear back contact again.

As soon as we have pricing completed we will send this information again with the cost of the tour.

Be it understood that you may enter your name and contact information on our list of interested participants prior to any payments. On April 15, 2014, a drawing of names from our list will be held for potential travelers. If your name is drawn, you will be contacted (so make sure we have accurate phone #s &/or e-mail) and at that time you can say “yes” or “no” to the adventure. If you say “yes”, we will expect a down payment, by check, made payable to Excel Tours, for half the tour cost by April 25, 2014. If you say “no”, we will draw another name from our list to replace you. We must ultimately have 25 RV units for the trip to happen.
