OK all you eager beavers; here is the news about 2013's trip. Help us by spreading the word at club meetings and other Excel gatherings. If you told either the Herringtons or the Bentons to "put me on the list" you'll have to contact us again because we can't be held accountable for remembering who said what and when.
The 2013 Excel Tour will be to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island and will run from August 7 to August 31, 2013. The total cost of the trip is $3547.00 and is based on 2 adult occupants per RV unit.
To add your name to our list for the drawing for one of the spots on the tour or with questions contact:
Kay & Paul Herrington 580-269-2097,

or
Karen & Steve Benton 608-897-2728,

Be it understood that you may enter your name and contact information on our list of interested participants prior to any payments. On April 1, 2013, a drawing of names from our list will be held for potential travelers. If your name is drawn, you will be contacted (so make sure we have accurate phone #s &/or e-mail) and at that time you can say “yes” or “no” to the adventure. If you say “yes”, we will expect a down payment, by check, made payable to Excel Tours, in the amount of $1775.00 by April 10, 2013. If you say “no”, we will draw another name from our list to replace you. We must ultimately have 25 RV units for the trip to happen.
Here is a tentative itinerary for the trip.
