Just bought 2000 30RGW... excited

Hi Excel owners...
We are new to 5th wheels, have an old Winnie so glad to get more room..
Bought a 2000 30RGW with 2 slides today for $8,000...(hope I got a good deal)...
Will be delivered on Sunday...
Has the Winter Package & Gen prep...
Some water damage on upper inside panel on living room slide, roof had a leak but roof was replaced...
Will be asking questions as I explore...

Congrats. Now don't just set in it, admiring what you have bought. Take it out and really enjoy it.

Doing the loan today through our credit union...
The seller bought the Excel but never paid the Texas tax or title transfer...
Our credit union told him to go pay the state tax & they would do the deal...
So we are waiting for him to pay up..

I hope he has a bill of sale, sounds to me that he legally doesn't own what he is selling. Good luck and be careful.
