Love My 2006 Excel L.

Wednesday, having to kill time between appointments, we decided to roam a RV lot. Looked at smaller 2015 motor homes & one Class"C". Love my Excel !. The shower wall doesn't buckle when pushed against, don't have to have a step stool to get into shower, have a place for the coffee pot & we can walk around the bed.
Our basement may not have as many doors but its more user friendly. And we can use everything (except recliners)when the slides are in.
Did I say I Love My 2006 Excel Limited?

copilot,
You're on the mark about the Excel. I just mentioned to my wife last night that we were lucky to have pulled the trigger, ordering last April and getting our new rig before the demise of PI. After rechecking what's out there in the top of the FW market I'm loving my new Excel too. We have a very well made RV set up just right for us. If I was shopping now I'd probably have to pony up at least 25-30% more for a New Horizon. That would be the only way to get an under 35' FW with the quality, luxury, floor plan and customization we desired.

With PI out and DRV now just a division of Heartland which is just a division of Thor it's all big, stamp em out, mass marketeers in the luxury FW world now. Gonna double down on keeping this rig in top shape!
